Primary Goal and Main Objectives
To equip the active and engaged members of our parishes for the work of missionary discipleship by:
1. Growing in holiness for the sake of being authentic witnesses of the transforming power of the Gospel by:- Daily prayer
- Sunday Eucharist
- Monthly confession
- Friday penance
2. Acquiring the confidence and competence to speak to others about Jesus Christ through:- Building authentic Christian relationships
- Sharing the story of the Gospel
- Giving testimony to the life-changing power of the Gospel
- Inviting others to encounter the person of Jesus Christ, especially in the Eucharist and the Mass

Parish Missions
Bishop Hying is traveling the Diocese of Madison this spring to preach kerygmatic missions, helping people rediscover the life-changing message of the Gospel. In most instances, his talk begins each evening at 7:00pm and is preceded by a holy hour. Please check in with the hosting parish to confirm the schedule for each night.

Novena to the Holy Spirit
Bishop Hying is inviting all Catholics in the Diocese of Madison to join him in nine days of prayer to the Holy Spirit--the original novena--leading up to the solemn feast of Pentecost.Pray the Novena on your own
The very simple instructions for this Novena are to pray the Go Make Disciples prayer every day for nine days between Ascension Thursday and Pentecost. Prayer cards are available for parishes at no cost from the Diocese. Please use order form below.Pray the Novena with the Bishop
Those who are interested in participating in a more intensive form of the Novena will have the opportunity to follow along by video as Bishop Hying combines the Go Make Disciples prayer of the Novena with reflections on the Holy Spirit and the Pentecost event and various more specific prayer intentions.
